2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 scoop Love Good Fats Vanilla Shake Mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated, plus more for garnish
½ cup monk fruit sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2-1 cup dark rum or bourbon to taste
5 ice cubes
garnish:
full fat whip cream
cinnamon
sea salt
hot eggnog

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.2. Pour the frozen eggnog into serving glasses and top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until the mixture is evenly combined.
2. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and simmer on low to medium heat for 5 minutes, or until warm.
3. Transfer the eggnog to your serving glasses and top with whipped cream and cinnamon!
